He also has a certifications of CSM, CSPO from Scrum Alliance and ASM and ASPO from EXIN and PSMI,II,III from Scrum.org. He has been training and coaching Agile teams internationally for last 9 years. Started his career as a technical analyst, Satya has traversed through various roles in his journey including that of a self thought technical editor, coder, software team member, Business Analyst, Scrum Master, Process Consultant, and Agile IT and outside IT coach and Mentor over a span of 14+ years. Recently he has completed a very large implementation of JIRA and JIRA algin very successfully. He was a complete hand on-in JIRA align capabilities. He is the only 14th trainer and coach for APMG Change Management and Agile PM training in the world. Having worked with 200+ teams across 25+ organizations as an Agile Adoption and Transformation Consultant, he has trained and coached around 3500+ associates. Apart form training, He is also consulting in SAFe transformation for Nedbank and Reserve Bank of South Africa. Satya brings his experiences as a SAFe transformation and Leadership, Project Consultant, trainer, and a coach to ensure that the learning is not just theory based, but it has a pragmatic insight into the real world. He has consulted and trained in top fortune organisations like Henkel, Unilever, P&G, United Heath Group, AIG, Axiata Group to name a few. Over the last decade, he has been involved in various Agile conferences globe as reviewer and member. He has been a Keynote Speaker in Agile Coaches Retreat (2017), and other key conferences and meetups. He is also an author of the book “Agile Outside IT.” He is also writing a few books on Organisational Change and New Age leadership will be released by end of this year. He is official reviewer for Global Scrum Gathering 2020 in Lisbon and also co-mentored Agile coaches all around the globe. He was also a speaker for Regional Scrum Gathering 2020 by Scrum Alliance.
