Yes, before joining the training you can transfer your registration to any other person and provide the name and email id of that person. You can also reschedule to any other dates based on availability of the slots.

You need to renew your Scrum Alliance certifications (CSM, CSPO, and other advanced certifications) for every 2 years. Within 2 years you need to acquire 20 SEUs and renew your certification. For more information about the renewal process, please visit www.scrumalliance.org website “Certification” tab.
We provide our workshop handout on the first day of the training. Usually it will be intentionally made incomplete in order to increase participants’ engagement and interaction during the training. We will provide a filled version of the workshop handout at the end of the training for your future reference.
There are not major prerequisites for the training. However, we ask you to go through the Scrum Guide before attending the training. This helps you to feel familiar with the content of the training. However, for CSPO we recommend to have some domain experience.
CSM (Certified Scrum Master) certification has an exam and it is open book type. 50 questions have to be attempted in 60 minutes duration. 74% is the passing score and you will have two attempts. Each question will have 4 options and you need to select one correct option. You can move backward and forward and the result will be declared immediately at the end of the exam.
As of now, CSPO (Certified Scrum Product Owner) does not have any exam. At the end of the training you will receive the certification.
If you cancel your registration within 5 days of the training date, you will get 100% payment back. Less than 5days, you need toforego 50% of the training fee and within 2 days of training start date 100% amount will be forfeited.
Once the refund is initiated it would take 5-7 working days process the refund and credit the amount to the bank account.

We provide study material hard copy & soft copy, practice tests access and some additional reading material in PDF format as part of the training. Lunch will be provided at the venue long with 2 refreshments for our classroom training and these are not applicable for online training.

Yes, we do provide corporate private training. Our speciality is to provide customised content according to the corporate’s business.
We have different range of timings for our training. It depends on the country for which the training is being scheduled for. If it is India based training, usually the timing will be 9AM IST to 5PM IST. For other countries it will be different.
Scrum Education Unit (SEU) are provided by Scrum Alliance for the participants attend CSM, CSPO and other Scrum Alliance certification training. You will receive the SEUs after completion of the training. You will need to accumulate 20 SEUs to renew your certification in 2 years. You can check available SEUs in your Scrum Alliance Dashboard. Whenever you acquire SEUs, you need to manually upload them in the Scrum Alliance website in your Dashboard.

Yes, in fact, we encourage our participants to talk to the Trainer to get clear understanding on the learning objectives and to clarify any doubts before joining the training. Our Trainer is also available to provide post workshop support to our participants. We will share our Trainer contact information at the end of the training to our participants.
Yes, we provide formal receipt for the payment made by our participants based on the demand. This receipt contains the base amount and the applicable tax amount (such as GST).
