We understand that adult learning is entirely different. We strongly believe that learning involves the body as well as the mind. We also believe knowledge is precious and we build it with responsibility. Learning is fundamentally an act of creation, not consumption of information and knowledge. Also, learning takes place on many levels at once in the human brain, and is not a linear, one-thing-at-a-time brain activity. Collaboration increases learning; isolation and competition decrease it. Learning occurs through active doing, with time for reflection and feedback, not through passive listening. So, we focus on teaching methods that will increase the rate of knowledge retention to our participants. The content of the training programs, activities, group discussions will primarily focus on maximizing the knowledge retention for longer duration. We also help our participants do the things they learn in the class within the class itself. It helps them to get hands-on experience which improves their confidence level.
